They need to talk.

That's why she's outside of Neal's door, without so much as a text or a call, because she'd been on her way home now that the animals aren't.... well, totally crazy. She had passed the same store that'd had that dress in the window with the awful clerk, and she'd been thinking about going in to... well. Gloat isn't the right word, but teaching them a lesson about kindness to people who don't have a lot of money might be better.

After all, she's got the dress now, and it's not like she'd spend a penny there - that's why she hasn't been back, but now.... now, she goes, and there's a paper on the door.

Asking about the dress.

Saying it was 'Missing'.

She spent the morning doing something different than she planned, and the paper was now in her pocket, the file deleted on the store manager's computer. And she's in front of Neal's door.

Knocking, she waits; she can hear him inside, so she definitely knows he's home.
